Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with a non-custom item for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are final sales and may not be eligible for return. In some special circumstances, we may consider a partial refund or a store credit towards a future purchase. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

General Return Policy:

• Eligible Items: Non-custom products in original condition with all tags and labels attached, and in original packaging (if applicable).

• Return Window: 30 days from purchase date.

• Return Process:

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Contact us at abraham@theyloveabe.com or 832-296-0094.

  2. Include RAN on the package: Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

  3. Ship to: They Love Abe, 12301 Silent Creek Dr, Pearland Texas 77584

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refund Processing: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items (in addition to custom orders):

• Used or damaged products.

• Products opened and cannot be resold in original condition.
