Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with a non-custom item for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are final sales and may not be eligible for return. In some special circumstances, we may consider a partial refund or a store credit towards a future purchase. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
General Return Policy:

Eligible Items: Non-custom products in original condition with all tags and labels attached, and in original packaging (if applicable).

Include RAN on the package: Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
